libcgi-formalware-perl software package provides Perl module for converting an XML file into a suite of CGI forms, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-formalware-perl
libcgi-formalware-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-formalware-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-formalware-perl *
You will get with libcgi-formalware-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
